According to traditional Chinese medicine, when things are not working for us, either physically, emotionally or spiritually, it is because our Qi (Chi) is weak or blocked.

‘Qi’ is the energy that draws the blood through our body. It is the energy of life and it is vital energy that permeates all living things.
